Problem Statement
This client had an existing machine and needed to remake some parts out of a different material. The current parts were Delrin and were plastically deforming after repeated exposure to machine wash downs.

Solution & Results
The original parts were removed from the machine and taken to a laboratory to have them inspected by a coordinate measuring machine or CMM. I took this data and generated Solidworks models. I corrected the deformations in CAD then created new drawings of the parts and had them made out of PEEK by a CNC machinist. The parts were installed and the client is back up and running.
